Can I get a refund?
- Runners registered for the full marathon may defer their entry to 2024.
- For those runners who signed up for the half marathon, may defer their entry to 2024.
- Additionally, relay runners may defer their entry to 2024
- Finally, those 5K and 10K runners can choose to defer their registration for the 2024 event
- Runners currently registered for the 2023 McAllen Marathon Scott Crane Memorial Run should submit requests for deferment by Monday, December 5th, 2022
What if I can’t get to the Packet Pick Up?
You can send a representative as long as they have a copy of your valid driver’s license or photo ID with date of birth indicated.
How Can I Promote My Business
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are unavailable for this race, but you can transfer your entry to another person or to another event (i.e. from full marathon to half marathon, etc.). Submit your requests online here. Transfer deadline is January 9, 2023.
What do I need to pick up my bib at the Packet Pick Up & Expo?
Please bring a valid photo ID with date of birth indicated. We accepted passports, driver’s license or state ID.
Will on-site packet pickup be available?
Yes. On-site pickup will be available. Race start promtly at start times. No runners will be allowed on the route without a bib.
